openrcsb

openrcsb is a command line interface (CLI) program to quickly launch the RCSB page for a PDB entry.

Usage

Usage: openrcsb [-h] pdbid

Open RCSB PDB page in webbrowser

Positional arguments:

Tag	Descrption
pdbid	the ID of the structure in the RCSB PDB to load

Options:

-h, --help	Shows this help message and exit
